MARCIN ZIĘBA
attorney, Ph. D. in Law
Academic lecturer, a lecturer at the Wrocław Bar Association (since 2017), an author of a monograph “Podmiotowość prawna wspólnot mieszkanionych” (“Legal personality of housing communities”), (published by C. H. Beck) and of scientific articles published in Rejent (Notary), Monitor Prawniczy, Nieruchomości C. H. Beck, co-author of a text book “Professional burnout – preventing and combating. Employers’ textbook.” (published by Dobre Kadry. Centrum Badawczo-Szkoleniowe), conducted dozens of commercial trainings on issues such as personal data protection (RODO), civil law and administrative protection of the EU funds beneficiaries as well as professional burnout.
In 2020 election he received a seat on the Council of the Wrocław Bar. Co-author of the national Framework program for training of the attorney trainees (civil law and civil procedure), adopted by the Presidium of the Supreme Bar Council in 2018.
For over 10 years he has been providing legal services to public finance sector entities, construction development companies, real estate managers and administrators, EU funds beneficiaries and entrepreneurs. He successfully represents Clients before common courts, the Supreme Court and administrative courts of both instances.

After many years of experience in providing day-to-day legal services for commercial entities with both national and foreign (including German, Swiss and US) capital, the area of his particular expertise is business law and labour law.
He conducted dozens of trainings and classes on topics such as labour law, business secret protection, liability for hazardous product and purchase procedures.
He is experienced in managing legal projects connected with pursuing claims against insurance companies and with protection of Clients’ interests in disputes with Securitisation Funds (FVC) and other structures handling mass debt recovery.
He successfully represents Clients before common courts, the Supreme Court and administrative courts of both instances.
THE TEAM
Our Firm’s work is performed by a team of experienced lawyers. As a rule, each client and his file are assigned to one lawyer who on a day-to-day basis oversees each step of work on the file.
